Contact Information

For inquiries about spiral duct forming machines, round duct machines and auto duct production lines, please describe your material, thickness, required capacity and available workshop size.

What to expect after you submit

Founded in 1995, SBKJ Group has shipped HVAC ductwork machinery to more than 80 countries, with 5,000+ installations completed. Every quotation request is read by an SBKJ Group engineer — never a sales script — and our standard response time is under 12 hours, including weekends. The reply you receive will include a recommended machine configuration, an indicative workshop layout drawing, ballpark pricing in USD, and the lead time from order confirmation to FOB Shanghai dispatch.

Information that helps us reply faster

The more specific your inquiry, the faster the engineering response. Useful inputs include:

  • Duct type and size range — round, rectangular, oval; minimum and maximum diameter or width.
  • Material and gauge — galvanized steel (G60/G90/G115), stainless 304/316, or aluminium, plus thickness range in mm or gauge.
  • Daily output target — m² of finished duct per day or shifts per week.
  • Site conditions — country, voltage and frequency (380V/415V, 50Hz/60Hz), available floor space and ceiling height.
  • Standards required — SMACNA, EN 1505/1506, AS/NZS 4254, SASO, or other regional construction standards.

Before you send the enquiry, it is often useful to browse the four reference pages buyers ask about most: the factory capability page describing the Jiangyin workshop and assembly bay, the quality control page documenting the ISO 9001:2015 procedure and the FAT, the machine video library where HD demo footage of every machine and a factory walk-through are available on request, the case studies library covering three real SBKJ installations in Vietnam, Saudi Arabia and Australia with before/after production numbers from the buyers themselves, the why choose SBKJ page which explains in plain language the ten reasons buyers pick SBKJ plus the three scenarios where SBKJ isn’t the right fit, and the pricing and lead time buyer guide with transparent 2026 budget ranges, lead times and payment terms on every SBKJ machine family.

Office hours and time-zone coverage

The Jiangyin (China) factory and engineering team operates Monday–Saturday 08:30–17:30 China Standard Time (UTC+8). The Box Hill North (Australia) office covers Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30 AEST (UTC+10/+11) for English-language pre-sales and after-sales coordination across Oceania and the Americas. Inquiries received outside business hours are picked up at the next opening; technical emergencies on already-installed machines are handled 24/7 via WhatsApp by the on-call engineering team.

Quotation process and lead times

  1. Step 1 — Initial reply (within 12 hours). An SBKJ engineer reviews your inquiry and either confirms a standard configuration or asks the 2–3 follow-up questions needed to specify the right machine.
  2. Step 2 — Technical proposal (1–3 business days). Detailed specification, layout drawing, electrical and pneumatic requirements, optional accessories, total CIF or FOB pricing.
  3. Step 3 — Contract and 30% deposit. Production scheduled. Standard build time is 45–60 days for single machines, 75–120 days for full auto duct lines.
  4. Step 4 — Factory acceptance test (FAT). Optional buyer visit to Jiangyin or live video FAT before dispatch. Final 70% balance against B/L copy.
  5. Step 5 — On-site installation and training. SBKJ engineers travel to your facility for commissioning and operator training, typically 3–7 days on site per machine.

Privacy and confidentiality

The information you submit through this form is used only to prepare your quotation and is not shared with third parties. NDAs are available on request before commercial discussions, and SBKJ Group routinely supplies machinery to OEM customers under white-label terms.

Who replies to your enquiry

Every quotation enquiry sent through this page is read first by a working SBKJ mechanical engineer based at the Jiangyin headquarters, not by a sales agent or external contractor. The first reply you receive will come from someone who has personally designed, built or commissioned the machine you are asking about, and who is also the person you will speak with during contract review, manufacturing, FAT and on‑site commissioning. SBKJ does not use call centres, channel partners or freelance sales reps for international enquiries — the engineering and customer relationship is single‑threaded from first contact through warranty support.

How to write a quotation enquiry that gets a fast reply

Most enquiries SBKJ receives are missing one or two pieces of information that are required to prepare a meaningful first reply. The fastest way to a useful quotation is to include all of the following in the very first message — this lets the engineer skip the back‑and‑forth and reply with a real configuration and price within hours.

  • Project type — commercial HVAC, airport, metro, data centre, cleanroom, hospital, industrial, marine, or other (see machinery by industry)
  • Daily output target — m² per day of finished duct (or shifts per week if you have a longer horizon)
  • Duct geometry — round (Ø range), rectangular (W × H range), oval, or a mix
  • Material and gauge — galvanised G60/G90, stainless 304/316, aluminium, plus thickness
  • Project standard — SMACNA, EN 1505, AS/NZS 4254, DW/144, GB or other
  • Site power — 380/415 V, 50/60 Hz, available main supply capacity
  • Workshop dimensions — building length × width × ceiling height, crane capacity
  • Timeline — when you need the line operational on site
  • Budget envelope — even a rough range helps us recommend the right tier

What you can expect inside a typical SBKJ quotation

SBKJ quotations are deliberately detailed because most international buyers compare two or three suppliers before deciding. A standard quotation runs 8–14 pages and includes: cover page with point of contact, executive summary of the recommended configuration, machine‑by‑machine specification table, layout drawing showing the line in your workshop, electrical single‑line diagram and total power demand, pneumatic and water requirements where relevant, recommended spare parts list with prices, freight estimate from Shanghai to your destination port, installation and commissioning scope, training plan, payment schedule, lead time and delivery commitment, and a separate page covering warranty and after‑sales support. You can request the quotation as PDF, Word or Excel.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will SBKJ reply to my enquiry?

The standard SBKJ commitment is a first engineering reply within 12 hours of receiving your enquiry, including weekends. In practice, most enquiries are answered within 2–4 hours during Asia‑Pacific business hours. The reply will either confirm a standard configuration or list the 2–3 follow‑up questions the engineer needs to specify the right line.

Do I need to sign anything to receive a quotation?

No. The initial quotation is free and carries no commitment. SBKJ can sign a mutual NDA before commercial discussions if your project has confidentiality requirements — just ask in your first message. Contracts are only signed once you have approved the technical specification and price.

Can I visit the factory before deciding?

Yes. SBKJ welcomes customer visits to the Jiangyin headquarters. You can see machines in production, meet the engineering team and run sample duct on the line you are considering. Visa support letters are provided as needed. Many international buyers combine the factory visit with a Factory Acceptance Test on a similar line that is being built for another customer.

What if I am not ready to buy yet?

That is fine — many enquiries we receive are at the planning stage. Tell us where you are in the project and we will send a budgetary quotation, a typical layout sketch and the technical information you need to scope your CAPEX. There is no obligation, no follow-up sales pressure and no charge.

Can SBKJ help with financing?

SBKJ does not offer direct financing, but we can introduce qualified buyers to Chinese export credit insurance (Sinosure) and to international project finance brokers who have funded SBKJ machinery purchases in the past. Speak to your account engineer for details.
