Why visit Stand B02
EuroBLECH is the world’s largest sheet metal working technology exhibition — and HVAC duct fabrication is sheet metal working. If your shop decoils, roll-forms, folds, seams or welds galvanised, stainless or aluminium coil into ductwork, the machinery decisions that set your cost per square metre for the next decade are made against exactly the technology on this show floor.
SBKJ brings the engineering team, not a sales team. Four days of real specification questions answered with real numbers: coil-to-output mapping for your gauge range, EN 1505/1506 dimensional compliance, EN 1507 air-tightness classes, DW/144 for UK work, throughput modelling against your shift pattern, freight to your port, and installation supervision scope.
What’s on the stand
SBKJ presents its core duct fabrication range at Hall 015, Stand B02. The live demonstration schedule is published ahead of the show — email sales@sbkjduct.com to receive it as soon as it is finalised.
Spiral tubeformers (SBTF series)
- Round duct production from slit galvanised, stainless or aluminium coil.
- Diameter coverage across the SBTF range from Φ80 mm to Φ2,000 mm — commercial supply air through large industrial extract.
- Flying-shear and saw cutting options; lockseam construction meeting EN 12237 and AS/NZS 4254 leakage classes.
- Full specifications: spiral duct machinery range.
Auto duct production lines (SBAL series)
- Coil-to-finished-rectangular-section in one continuous flow: decoiler, levelling, notch and corner punch, lockformer, folding, TDF flange integration.
- Line configurations from entry-level SBAL-II to the flagship SBAL-V U-shape line — one operator, 16 m/min line speed.
- Cut-list import from Revit MEP and CAMduct supported — bring a sample fabrication file to the stand.
- Full specifications: auto duct production lines.
TDF flange formers and lockformers
- Roll-formed TDF flange directly into the duct edge — eliminates welded angle-iron flanges and their 8–12 kg per joint.
- Pittsburgh lockformers and seam closers for longitudinal seams across 0.5–1.2 mm galvanised.
- Full specifications: TDF and lockformer range.
Private engineering consultations
SBKJ runs 30-minute private consultations at Stand B02 throughout the four show days, led by an SBKJ engineer with a structured agenda:
- Project brief (5 min) — coil spec, throughput target, market and standards.
- Machine match (10 min) — specific SBKJ model recommendation, footprint, utility requirements.
- Indicative landed cost (10 min) — machine price, freight to your port, installation supervision days, training scope.
- Next steps (5 min) — FAT timeline, machine demonstration options, contract milestones.
Consultations are free and non-binding. Book a slot in advance — morning slots fill first.
Pre-show preparation — what to bring
- Your current coil specification. Width, thickness, material, supplier mill cert if available.
- Your target throughput. Square metres of duct per shift, linear metres per hour, or sections per day.
- Your standards reference. EN 1505/1506 dimensions and EN 1507/12237 air-tightness for Europe; DW/144 for the UK; SMACNA for North American export; AS/NZS 4254 for Australia and New Zealand.
Optional but useful: a sample Revit MEP or CAMduct cut list, a workshop floor plan in PDF, and your current bottleneck description.
About EuroBLECH 2026
EuroBLECH is the 28th International Sheet Metal Working Technology Exhibition, held at the Hanover Exhibition Grounds (Messegelände Hannover), Germany, from Tuesday 20 to Friday 23 October 2026, organised by RX Global. The show covers the complete sheet metal working technology chain — coil handling, cutting, forming, joining, fastening, finishing and Industry 4.0 integration — and draws fabrication professionals from across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions
Which languages does the SBKJ stand team speak?
English and Mandarin-speaking engineers are on the stand across all four days. German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Turkish, Russian or Indonesian language support for a private consultation can be arranged with 48 hours’ notice — email sales@sbkjduct.com.
Can I get pricing at the stand?
Yes. SBKJ engineers issue indicative pricing for standard machine configurations during your consultation, based on your coil specification, throughput requirement and destination. Final binding quotations including freight, insurance and installation supervision follow within 5 business days of the show.
What happens after a stand consultation?
Within 5 business days, the SBKJ engineer who hosted your consultation sends a written technical clarification, an indicative landed-cost worksheet for your destination port, and a draft project timeline. The next step is typically a Factory Acceptance Test booking against your nominated coil specification.
Does SBKJ exhibit at other shows?
Yes. SBKJ exhibited at ARBS 2026 in Sydney (May 2026), participation in Chillventa 2026 in Nuremberg is in final planning, and AHR Expo 2027 in Chicago (25–27 January 2027) is planned. Stand details are published here as each show is confirmed.
