Where this fits in your workshop

Cutting, bending and forming machines are the upstream stations of any duct workshop. Coil stock is sheared to length, scored and bent into the duct shape, and then handed off to the seam closer or the TDF former. On an SBAL-V auto duct line these operations are integrated into a single coil-to-duct line; on a manual or semi-auto workshop they are stand-alone stations operated by 2–4 staff. SBKJ supplies the full upstream set — coil line, plasma cutter, folder, beader, rollformer — either matched to one of our auto lines or as individual replacements for ageing equipment.

Operator and maintenance notes. The Seam Closing Machine F1275‑PRO is designed to be run by a single trained operator under normal conditions. Daily checks include lubrication of the forming rolls, inspection of the drive belts and chain tension, and a clean-down of the tool surfaces. Weekly checks add electrical cabinet inspection and a torque check on the main frame fasteners.
