Overview
Line III integrates two electrical feeding frames, leveler grooving roller, hydraulic notch and square punching, hydraulic shearer and folder. Computer control with closed‑loop servo ensures accurate cutting. Max. working speed 18 m/min; length tolerance ±0.5 mm; diagonal ±0.8 mm.
Capacity ~1000 m² per shift. Supports TDF and angle flange forming when combined with downstream equipment. Ideal for medium‑volume rectangular duct production.
