Where this fits in your workshop

Flexible duct machines run as a small dedicated cell, usually separate from the rigid-duct workshop because the products and the materials are fundamentally different. A typical flex cell has an aluminium-foil decoiler, the helical winder or sleeve forming station, an insulation wrapping station for insulated flex, an end-shrinking machine to prepare connection ends, and a packaging table. SBKJ can supply the cell as a turnkey package or as individual modules to drop into an existing flex line.

Operator and maintenance notes. The Shrink Tube Machine is designed to be run by a single trained operator under normal conditions.
