SBKJ Group global footprint

Since 2006, SBKJ Group has shipped HVAC ductwork machinery from its Jiangyin, Jiangsu factory to HVAC contractors, duct fabricators and ventilation system integrators in more than 80 countries. Cumulative installations exceed 3,500 auto duct production lines, spiral tubeformers and TDF flange forming machines across six continents. The regional landing pages above cover our most active export markets, but SBKJ also routinely ships to North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Central Asia — please contact us directly for any region not listed.

How to choose the right machine by market

Machine selection by region usually follows four factors: the dominant duct connection standard, the prevailing sheet gauge range, the production volume expected per day, and the local power supply (voltage/frequency). A summary by market:

  • Australia & New Zealand — TDF flange is common on large commercial projects; many smaller shops still run Pittsburgh-lock with cleat corners. AS/NZS 4254 governs duct construction. 415V / 50Hz power is standard.
  • Middle East (GCC) — Galvanized steel with TDF flange dominates commercial HVAC (malls, airports, hospitals). SASO/ESMA acceptance for the machine and SMACNA-aligned construction are frequently specified. 380–415V / 50Hz.
  • Southeast Asia — Mixed TDF and slip-on flange depending on country. Tropical humidity and salt air (coastal Philippines, Indonesia) make galvanized coating thickness and spare-parts stocking particularly important. 380V or 415V / 50Hz.

Compliance standards supported

SBKJ machines are CE-marked and built under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. We routinely support additional regional compliance on request, including documentation translation, factory acceptance test (FAT) support, and on-site verification during commissioning.

  • Europe & UK — CE / UKCA marking, EN 1505 / EN 1506 rectangular and circular duct dimensional standards.
  • North America — SMACNA HVAC Duct Construction Standards (3rd edition), UL-compliant electrical panels on request.
  • Australia / NZ — AS/NZS 4254.1 (low-pressure) and AS/NZS 4254.2 (medium/high-pressure) duct construction.
  • Middle East — SASO (Saudi Arabia), ESMA (UAE), Dubai Civil Defence, and Qatar Construction Specifications.
  • Southeast Asia — Singapore Standard (SS), Indonesian SNI, Thailand TIS, and Vietnam TCVN where applicable.

Export logistics and after-sales support

SBKJ ships on FOB Shanghai or CIF destination terms. Typical transit times from Shanghai: 18–25 days to major ASEAN ports, 22–30 days to Middle East (Jebel Ali, Dammam), and 20–30 days to Australia (Sydney, Melbourne). SBKJ engineers travel internationally for installation supervision and operator training — usually 3–5 days on site per machine. Remote support is available via WhatsApp, email and live video, with engineer response within 12 hours and technical troubleshooting within 72 hours for every supplied machine.

Why SBKJ has so many international installations

SBKJ's export business grew steadily over three decades because the machinery is genuinely engineered for international compliance, not just badged for export. Every CE‑marked SBKJ line ships with a full technical file, EC Declaration of Conformity and electrical schematics in English. Every standard SBAL, RDL and SBTF model can be re‑configured for the local sheet gauge range, the local pressure class and the local closure type before it leaves Jiangyin. And every machine is delivered with a 12‑month warranty backed by a field engineering team that has personally commissioned lines in more than 40 countries — not subcontractors and not third‑party agents.

Typical project lifecycle for an international buyer

The international buyer journey is more predictable than most first‑time importers expect. The SBKJ engineering team has refined this template over hundreds of installations and uses it as the default scope for every overseas quotation.

  1. Enquiry & specification — buyer sends project standard, daily output target and coil specs. SBKJ replies within 12 hours with a model recommendation and rough budget.
  2. Detailed quotation — SBKJ issues a fixed‑price quotation including the line, tooling, spare parts, freight, training, installation and FAT. Lead time is committed at this stage.
  3. Order & engineering — once the deposit is paid, SBKJ engineering finalises the layout drawing, electrical single‑line diagram and tooling list. The customer reviews and signs off before manufacturing starts.
  4. Manufacturing & FAT — the line is built in 60–90 days. Customers can attend the Factory Acceptance Test in person or via video call.
  5. Shipping — SBKJ books the freight, prepares export documentation and supports customs clearance at destination. Sea freight takes 3–4 weeks to most destinations.
  6. Installation & commissioning — SBKJ field engineers travel on site for 5–10 working days to install, commission and run the first‑article duct against the project standard.
  7. Warranty & ongoing support — 12‑month standard warranty plus remote troubleshooting via WhatsApp, email and live video. Extended warranties available on request.

Frequently asked questions

How long does sea freight take?

Typical transit times from Shanghai are 18–25 days to major ASEAN ports, 22–30 days to Middle East ports such as Jebel Ali and Dammam, 20–30 days to Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), 28–35 days to European ports such as Hamburg and Rotterdam, and 30–40 days to North American ports such as Los Angeles and New York. SBKJ books the freight on customer behalf if requested.

Do SBKJ engineers travel for installation?

Yes. SBKJ field engineers travel internationally for installation, commissioning and operator training on every major line. A typical commissioning visit is 5–10 working days. Visa support letters are provided as needed and English is the working language for all overseas commissioning trips.

What payment terms are typical for international orders?

SBKJ usually quotes on a 30% deposit / 70% balance basis, with the balance paid against the bill of lading. Letters of credit (L/C at sight) are accepted for established corporate buyers. Payment terms are negotiable for repeat customers and turnkey workshop projects.

Can SBKJ supply machines to fit local power supplies?

Yes. Standard SBKJ machines run on 380 V or 415 V three‑phase 50 Hz. We routinely supply 60 Hz versions for North American, Saudi Arabian and parts of South American markets. Specify the local voltage and frequency at order time so the correct motors and PLC drives are fitted.

How are spare parts handled overseas?

SBKJ ships a recommended spare parts kit with every line, sized to cover the first 12 months of normal operation. After that, replacement parts are dispatched from Jiangyin within 3 working days of order, with air freight on request for urgent items. Australian customers can also collect spare parts from the Box Hill North office.
